COVID-19 PLAYBOOK

RIVER CITY FITNESS CLUB'S COVID-19 OPERATIONAL PLAN GUIDE

RISK ASSESSMENT
- All patrons are expected to self screen upon arrival. If you have
one or more symptoms you may not enter the facility. River City
staff has the right to refuse entrance to anyone who they believe
is symptomatic.

- Self assessment posters have been hung on entrance doors

- Staff will be screen upon arrival to their shift. If they are showing
one or more symptoms, they will be able to go home with pay for
2 weeks with the understanding they are to be tested for Covid
19.

- Anyone who has traveled outside of the province may not enter
the facility until they have self isolated for 14 days. River City staff
has the right to ask anyone who they know has not self isolated to
leave the premises

- We have prohibited the sale of 1 day, 1 week and 2 week passes
to ensure everyone is in compliance with self isolation rules.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING
- Anyone coming into the facility, including staff, is expected to
social distance. Markers have been placed on the floor to guide
patrons as to where they can stand to ensure 6 feet apart.

- Plexi Glass has been installed around our desk/cash area to keep a
safe barrier between members and staff

- Anyone other than the person

responsible for the shift is
prohibited from being behind the desk.

- If more than one staff member is working, community face masks
will be worn.

- Equipment has been properly rearranged to ensure physical
distancing and barriers are present on most equipment to further
ensure safety.

- Patrons will be advised not to congregate in the entrance and on
the gym floor.

- We have a limit of 6 people in the ab room and 6 people in the
changing rooms at one time. Maximum 8 people in change rooms.

HAND AND RESPIRATORY HYGIENE

- Posters provided from public health have been hung to remind
members and staff of frequent and proper hand washing

- Posters provided from public health have been hung to remind
members and staff of effective respiratory hygiene and
techniques.

- Hand Sanitizer has been placed for use at Entrance and on the
gym floor. Members also have access to soap and water in
washrooms

- Staff has access to both hand sanitizer as well as soap and water
behind their desk.

- Desk area will be disinfected regularly by staff. Frequently
touched spaces such as debit machine and counter will be
disinfected after each use.

ACTION

- Members and staff will be required to log in with key card upon
entering the building.

- All members and staff will be expected to use hand sanitizer when
entering the building

- A bottle of disinfectant and a clean towel will be provided to each
member. It is Imperative that it is used to clean equipment both
before and after you use it. This includes plates, bars, levers and
latches and dumbbells

- We have prohibited the sale of single scoop items and have closed
our shake bar. All products sold will be in sealed packages.

- We will no longer be filling members bottles of water or providing
ice.

- Tanning beds will be disinfected by staff only between use with a
clean towel each time. Tanning will be by appointment only.

- Bathrooms will be disinfected with full cleaning twice a day and
checked by staff hourly.

- Equipment will be disinfected after each use by members and by
staff regularly thru the day

- Contactless payment is being encouraged as we have member
bank information and CC on files.

RIVER CITY FITNESS CLUB HOLDS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ANY PATRON WHO SHOWS
SYMPTOMS.

RIVER CITY FITNESS CLUB HOLDS THE RIGHT TO ASK ANY PATRON NOT FOLLOWING
PROTOCOLS OR SOCIAL DISTANCING TO LEAVE THE PREMISES.

RIVER CITY FITNESS CLUB HOLDS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ANYONE WHO THEY BELIEVE
HAS NOT PROPERLY SELF ISOLATED DUE TO TRAVEL OR ANY OTHER REASON THAT MAY
ENDANGER THE HEALTH OF STAFF AND MEMBERS.
